The terms governing your use of the Proofmark platform and its services.
Platform usage
Proofmark helps freelancers and small studios manage client relationships, project approvals, and handover agreements. By using Proofmark, you agree to use it honestly and to honor the approvals and agreements you record through the platform.
Subscription plans
Access to Proofmark's paid plans is provided through tiered subscriptions, billed on the interval you select. Subscription payments are processed securely by Dodo Payments. Current plans, limits, and pricing are described on our pricing page, which is the source of truth — this document does not restate them so they can't drift out of date.
Direct client billing
Proofmark does not hold or process the payments your clients send you for project work. If you use an external payment method — a bank transfer, a payment link, or a provider like Dodo Payments, Stripe, or PayPal — you are responsible for that provider's terms and for your own tax and compliance obligations. Proofmark is not a party to the financial transaction between you and your client.
Account standing
We may suspend or terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent activity, abuse of the platform, or actions that undermine the integrity of recorded approvals and agreements.
