How subscription refunds and project-payment disputes are handled.
Subscription fees
Proofmark subscriptions grant immediate access to paid features. Because that access is granted right away, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period begins. You can review the full feature set on the Free plan before upgrading.
Before you subscribe
We encourage you to try the Free plan or a Handover Pass first to confirm Proofmark fits your workflow before subscribing. Subscribing is treated as acceptance of the plan's current feature set at the time of purchase.
Disputes between you and your client
Proofmark is not a party to the payments between you and your clients. Any dispute or refund request about a specific project must be handled directly between you and your client — Proofmark does not hold project funds and cannot mediate or refund peer-to-peer payments.
Chargebacks
A fraudulent chargeback against a Proofmark subscription charge is treated as a serious violation of these terms and may result in immediate suspension of your account.
